Architectural services include design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration & also provide a wide variety of services including feasibility studies, architectural programming and project management.

Project Inception

The planning of your project starts here. Working together you & share your project needs, dreams and goals.


Schematic Design 

During this stage we will begin by preparing preliminary design sketches based on your requirements and budget to explore and illustrate possible options. We will review these options with you, pointing out the merits and responding to your input.


Design Development

This stage refines the agreed upon schematic design for a clearer definition of the scope and quality of the finished project. Further cost projections will determine how closely the design conforms to the budget expectations, or what, if any, adjustments are required.


Substantial Performance of Construction / Occupancy Certificate

we provides regular progress reports to keep you informed, authorizes staged payments to the contractor and remains involved until the project is completed.


Bidding and Negotiation

we can advise you on your choice of contractor – usually done by calling for competitive bids. we will help evaluate the bids and select the contractor, and prepare the contract between you and the contractor.


Construction and Contract Administration

We will consult with you and advise you during construction. On-site visits will determine if construction is proceeding in general accordance with the contract, and that the design, materials, and workmanship meet with acceptable standards.

Your toughest job is to start with a design theme (or send us image references of what you like, if none of our themes connect with you). After that, you just have to sit back and relax, while our Interior Designers and Implementation Experts take complete responsibility of designing your home.

    Tell us what your Interior Design needs are. This will help us design the first-cut accordingly, based on whether your design requirements are for full or​​ partial home design.

  • Step 04Tell us Who you are

  • Step 05Meet a Designer

    A designer will be assigned to you from our our network of designers, after we marry your tastes and preferences with their body of work. You will then be introduced to our design processes and methodology, and their way of design thinking, to help you evaluate if they are a good fit for you.

  • Step 06Get the first​-​cut Design

    Based on the design theme that you have chosen, the interior designer assigned to you​will give you a first-cut design/first-cut presentation of your new home.

  • Step 07Get an Estimated Price Quote

    You will also be given an estimated price quote based on your Interior Design requirements. A lot of our customers have told us that we have the most competitive prices in the market.

  • Step 08Pay 10% ​to Book Designer

    Our designers are usually in great demand. ​So if you like what you see, and are happy with what the assigned designer bring​s​to the table, you can book them by paying 10% of the Total Implementation Cost (non-refundable). This amount will then be adjusted against your final bill value.

  • Step 09Customize till you are Happy

    You will get to sit with the designer assigned to you through multiple rounds of design iteration (functional and aesthetic). Our designers will blend your tastes and preferences into the final design, to help you get the look that appeals the most to you.

  • Step 10Sourcing from Reputed Partners

    We have built a network of reputed partners, to ensure that every product we use in our designs is built to last. So whether it means we procure it from a factory near you, or ship it from halfway across the globe, it is our responsibility to source the products you want to see in your home.

  • Step 11End-to-End Implementation

    A Project manager and his team of Implementation experts will be assigned to you, to implement the Interiors of your home. Everything will be delivered to your doorstep and assembled in 45 - 60 days (from the date of final design approval), to help translate the 3D look into reality.

  • Step 12Sit back and Relax

    You will get a daily update of work done at site, along with images and videos. In fact, if you ask us, it's absolutely unnecessary for you to visit your apartment, till the work is fully completed.
